Abstract

The author group surveyed, analyzed and evaluated the level of satisfaction with the quality of English teaching services at centers in Binh Duong. The research used a convenient sampling method with 206 survey questionnaires on students who have studied and are studying at English language centers in Binh Duong province (after eliminating 4 incomplete questionnaires) to evaluate the scales using Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, EFA exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and testing the initial hypotheses. The research results show that there are 6 factors affecting student satisfaction with the quality of training services at English language centers in Binh Duong province: "Quality of lecturers"; "Training program"; "Tuition"; "Facilities and equipment"; "Extracurricular activities"; "Responsiveness". Through the research results, the author suggests managerial implications for English centers to pay attention to factors affecting student satisfaction with the quality of training services at English teaching centers in Binh Duong province.
