This paper investigates the factors affecting the career adaptability of graduates at Lac Hong University in the context of the digital economy. The factors considered include innovation capacity, career perception, career concern, digital competence, and career control. The regression model is used to analyze the data, the results show that innovation capacity has the strongest impact on students' career adaptability, followed by career perception. The remaining factors, including career concern, digital competence, and career control, also have positive but weaker impacts. The Levene test results show no difference in career adaptability between male and female students, indicating gender equality in adapting to the career environment. The paper concludes that factors such as innovation capacity and career perception are crucial in helping Lac Hong University students adjust to rapid changes in the modern working environment. Proposed solutions include enhancing training in digital and innovation competencies, encouraging curiosity and career confidence, and creating learning environments that support students’ holistic development in career preparation.
