Abstract

Well-being is a multidimensional concept reflecting an individual's psychological and emotional state across various aspects of life. This study aims to explore the relationship between well-being and academic success of students at universities in Dong Nai Province. With a sample of 327 students, data were analysed using SPSS 22.0 software. The results show that well-being positively impacts students' academic performance. Influential factors include meaning, which has the strongest impact (Beta = 1.031), followed by engagement (Beta = 1.012), positive emotion (Beta = 0.868), and accomplishment (Beta = 0.649). These findings highlight the importance of well-being in enhancing students' academic performance in the future at educational institutions.
