This study examines a number of factors affecting the decision to pay with QR codes in the restaurant business in Dong Nai province. Research activities used convenient sampling method with 268 votes (after eliminating 32 votes not related to payment by QR code) to evaluate the scales using Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, factor analysis. EFA discovery factor, multiple regression analysis and testing of initial hypotheses. Research results show that there are 5 factors that influence customers' decisions to pay with QR codes in Dong Nai: "Perception of security", "Perception of usefulness", "Perception of ease of use". usage”, “Social influence” and “Usage attitude”. Through research results, the author suggests policies for online business organizations to pay attention to the impacts on customers' decisions to pay with QR codes in Dong Nai.
