5. Nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi số trong giáo dục đại học: Trường hợp nghiên cứu tỉnh Đồng Nai

Digital transformation has become a global trend, with far-reaching impacts on many areas from economics, politics to society. The objective qualitative combined with quantitative research methods. With qualitative research methods, the authors discussed with 10 experts who have worked for of the study is to measure and study the factors affecting digital transformation in higher education in Dong Nai province through quantitative research methods. The data were collected from a survey of 281 subjects that included leaders, lecturers, staffs in Dong Nai currently working at universities. The research results show that 64.076% of the variation in digital transformation in higher education is explained by Digital Strategy, Human Resources, Digital Technology, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Management Processes. Based on these results, the authors propose some management implications to help universities in Dong Nai province improve the digital transformation process in higher education in the future.
