FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRITOURISM IN DONG NAI PROVINCE

This study examines the factors affecting the influencing factors and assess their impact on the development of agricultural tourism in Đồng Nai province. In this study, the author employed a non-probability sampling method using a convenience approach, with 220 observed samples (after eliminating three unsuitable responses, 217 valid questionnaires were used for data analysis). The research applied Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, followed by Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results from SPSS 22.0, seven factors influencing the development of agricultural tourism in Đồng Nai were identified: Tourism resources, Infrastructure, Technical facilities, Labor resources, Pricing, Environmental sanitation, and Security & Safety. Among these, Security & Safety had the most significant impact, while Technical facilities had the least impact. The research findings serve as a basis for stakeholders to consider when formulating strategies for the development of agricultural tourism in the province, based on the managerial implications proposed in the study.
