11. DEVELOPING DIGITAL COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION COMPETENCES AMONG LAC HONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS USING THE UNESCO DIGITAL LITERACY GLOBAL FRAMEWORK

With an overview of the UNESCO Digital Literacy Global Framework, based on the author’s perceptions and the criteria outlined in Competence Area 2 of the UNESCO Digital Literacy Global Framework, in this article, the author surveys and analyzes the current state of digital communication and collaboration competences among Lac Hong University students, identifies remaining issues/limitations and gives recommendations for necessary solutions to enhance students’ digital literacy, ultimately contributing to the improvement of human resource training quality.References
