Tóm tắt

This study aims to identify and evaluate the main factors affecting economic growth in Vietnam amid global uncertainties and domestic challenges. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 450 economic experts in five major Vietnamese cities through stratified random sampling. The study used analytical tools including SPSS 20.0 and Amos software. The analysis followed a sequence including scale reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and SEM. The results reveal that fiscal policy has the most potent positive effect on economic growth (β = 0.487), followed by monetary policy, digital transformation, political environment, and public service quality. Based on the findings, the study proposes several policy recommendations to foster sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
