12. Tổng quan về mối quan hệ giữa định hướng kinh tế tuần hoàn và hiệu quả bền vững của doanh nghiệp

Bài viết này tổng quan các nghiên cứu giai đoạn 2020-2026 về mối quan hệ giữa định hướng kinh tế tuần hoàn và hiệu quả bền vững của doanh nghiệp, đồng thời bổ sung bằng chứng thực nghiệm từ Việt Nam nhằm làm rõ tính phụ thuộc bối cảnh của mối quan hệ này. Kết quả tổng hợp cho thấy định hướng kinh tế tuần hoàn nhìn chung có tác động tích cực đến hiệu quả bền vững thông qua việc nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng tài nguyên, thúc đẩy đổi mới sáng tạo, cải thiện kết quả môi trường và hỗ trợ tái cấu trúc mô hình kinh doanh theo hướng bền vững hơn. Tuy nhiên, tác động này không diễn ra một cách trực tiếp và đồng đều, mà chịu ảnh hưởng bởi các cơ chế trung gian như đổi mới sáng tạo, năng lực số và năng lực tổ chức, cũng như các yếu tố điều tiết như thể chế, tài chính, đặc điểm ngành và năng lực quản trị. Định hướng kinh tế tuần hoàn ở Việt Nam không chỉ là vấn đề ở cấp doanh nghiệp mà còn gắn chặt với điều kiện chính sách, hạ tầng, nguồn lực và đặc thù cộng đồng. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết nhấn mạnh sự cần thiết phải tiếp cận định hướng kinh tế tuần hoàn như là một cấu trúc chiến lược - tổ chức - thể chế, đồng thời đề xuất hướng nghiên cứu tương lai theo hướng chuẩn hóa khái niệm, hoàn thiện thước đo hiệu quả bền vững, đặc biệt là chiều cạnh xã hội, và kiểm định các mô hình trung gian - điều tiết trong các bối cảnh khác nhau.
